Directly replace the Subaru vehicles that come with the OEM side mirror lamps 84401AJ010 84401AJ000 (if your Subaru does not come with side mirror indicator lamps, you can't install this product).It gives the car that touch it was missing. The LED strip is super bright and looks great when paired with the OEM limited low beams. A note about installation, if you tap into the 30a fuse spot, these will only turn on if your low or high beams are on. But the DRL light is great and easily visible during broad daylight. Ill be running them with the DD clights and their switchbacks for more visibility. Amber LEDs during signaling arent bright enough to stand on their own. Also on one of the bezels, the edge was wavy and straight. I only found out because I found the piece in the shipping package, so ill chalk that up to being damage during shipping. Fitment was just ok, although that may be because one of the tabs that insert into your bumper had a small piece broken off. I purchased the switchback version and my only complaints are that the amber LEDs arent bright enough and the build quality could use some improvement. It was an especially easy install for me because I had my bumper off for something else. I put the add-a-fuse on the 12V ACC fuse so it just runs whenever the key is in the on position. But sad to say someone hit my car while it was parked and took just the one bezel and it was the driver side, so I had to repurchase again. So I practically bought these bezels a few months back, after trying the other company's bezel, that went out after a few days, that was due to condensation, I had to get a replacement set, and to my amazement these are the best, they are way brighter last a long time and give you better visibility at night even with the factory headlights on.
I suggest you not waste your time buying the other company's bezel. With LED Fog bezel + C light as DRL, it looks x100 better.Īwesomely bright, light is continuous across the stripĪs I am buying them again, tell you they sh*t are fire, You cant go wrong get them, they are bright, looks good in a glossy black and does not, and I repeat does not condense.
